Biography:

Inn-Kyu Kang is a professor in the Department of Polymer Science and Engineering at the School of Applied Chemical Engineering, Graduate School, Kyungpook National University. He obtained his Ph.D. degree in Polymer Chemistry at Kyoto University in 1987, and joined in the Department of Polymer Science and Engineering in 1988 as a professor. He has published more than 200 articles and his research is focused on surface modification, nanofiber scaffolds, functionalization of nanoparticles, and liquid crystal sensors.

Surface modification of polymers and ceramics, Electrospun nanofibrous scaffolds for tissue engineering, Nanoparticles for molecular imaging, Liquid crystal droplets for naked eye detection of biocomponents.
